Have set up a link on our Branch Website Name: Emma Shirley Date: 12/21/2014 Message: My husband and I recently visited The Birmingham Jewellery Quarter as I wanted a 4 stone diamond ring for my 40th birthday present. I tried lots of local jewellers who all said it was something they didn't stock but could get made via the Jewellery Quarter so we decided cut out the middle man and just head up there ourselves (don't know why I didn't think of it before as my mom has had a few pieces made there before). I had a design in mind so we went there one day and spent many hours going into different shops and getting not much advice, design help or ideas on cost, size or clarity of diamonds. We went down and up all the streets and we about to give up when we found Bickerton Jewellery. First we spoke to the owners daughter (Charlotte) who was extremely helpful and drew a design there and then and it was perfect! Steve then came over to further discuss our requirements, draw another couple of ideas and let us know cost and size and clarity of diamonds. I could have cried! We live in Oxfordshire and had made a special trip up there but within minutes of stepping inside their shop I knew this was the one! Steve, his wife Caroline and daughter Charlotte were all so helpful and lovely throughout the process and made it so easy (where others just made it very complicated as we left all shops with no ideas on design or cost or way forward). We collected the ring on Friday and it is absolutely gorgeous!
